What methods of payment do you accept?

Can I modify or cancel my order?

We want you to receive your Hyperbole Accessories purchase as soon as possible. In turn, we process orders as quickly as possible. For this reason we cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been submitted. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us on contact@hyperboleaccessories.com and we will make every attempt to honor your request. Order cancellation is not guaranteed.

Is the credit card information I submit secure?

All of our online ordering processes use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, which protects your information. 

Where can I enter a promo code?

 You enter the code on the checkout page, not in the cart. Simply enter your promotional code when prompted during the checkout process. Promotional codes may have some exclusions so please check the terms and conditions for the promotion. Promo codes cannot be applied towards previous orders, therefore we do not offer price adjustments.

Please note: You can only use one promo code at a time.

How can I check the status of my order?

If you have a Hyperbole Accessories account, simply log in and select “My Orders” from the menu. There, you can find the order number! If you haven't created an account, no worries! You can create one anytime with the same email address used to place the order.  Also note that with every order, we send an order confirmation email and ship confirmation email, which is sent to the same email used to make the purchase. Be sure to check all inboxes as it can make its way to junk/spam folder. Still cant find it? email us at contact@hyperboleaccessories.com 

How long will it take for me to receive my product?

Once we receive the order, our processing time is 2-3 business days. Then it is shipped out.   These are merely indicative, our endeavor will be to get the order delivered to you as fast as possible. If we foresee any delays, our customer service team will update you about the same well in time.

Do you ship to multiple addresses?

We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.

I’ve forgotten my password. What should I do?

To re-set your password, follow the ‘FORGOTTEN PASSWORD’ instructions on the SIGN IN page. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.

Do I need to register to make a purchase?

Yes, you need to register as a member to shop on hyperboleaccessories.com and complete your transaction. It helps us to know you better!

Can my billing address and shipping address be different?

Yes, the billing and shipping address can be different. However, hyperboleaccessories.com does not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses. Customers are requested to provide full addresses with the postal code / Zip code.

Each gemstone exhibits unique variations in color, pattern, and texture, making every piece truly one-of-a-kind—a reflection of your individuality and style.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Storing Your Jewelry - When you are not wearing Hyperbole Jewels, it should be stored in an airtight plastic bag provided with your order. This will prevent tarnishing and scratching. 

While Wearing Your Jewelry - Exposure to water, lotions, body oils, cosmetics, perfumes, excessive heat and humidity and cleaning agents may cause discoloration and affect the finish of the jewelry.

How to Clean Your Jewelry - After much research, we have found that polishing papers work best to restore luster to our sterling silver pieces. Sterling silver pieces can be cleaned best with our polishing paper. Gold plated jewelry cannot be cleaned. 

Are the colors of products shown on the website accurate?

All of our products at Hyperbole Accessories are meticulously handcrafted in Ahmedabad, Jaipur, or Mumbai. Given the intricate and distinctive nature of our offerings, we go to great lengths to photograph each product under standard lighting conditions, ensuring the image closely represents the actual item.

However, please note that slight variations may occur in the color of the stones and placement of materials between the product image on your monitor and the physical product. Additionally, when ordering multiple pieces of the same design, please expect minor differences, as these natural stones are not machine-made.
