If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase – whether it's too big, too small, or simply not what you envisioned – just let us know within 3 days of delivery. We'll gladly accept returns and offer you alternative designs. However, refunds will be issued in the form of a credit note, which never expires and can be used for future purchases at your convenience.

In the rare event that your jewelry arrives damaged during transit or if the wrong design is shipped, please inform us within 3 business days of delivery to arrange for an exchange with a new piece.
